Let’s talk about Muscle Testing!!
Muscle testing is one of the best (and under-utilized) tools we have available to us. We can use it to determine what's best for us with all sorts of things! Supplements, Foods, Entertainment, Life Decisions, Fine tuning our intuitive abilities, etc..
There are so many ways to be able to muscle test, it's a good idea to become comfortable with 2 or 3 of them so you don't always rely on just one method and tire out the muscles/joints. I use chain links, finger, arm, and sticky methods. The concept is pretty simple, you apply resistance to your arm/finger and if it maintains it's strength that's a "yes". If your arm/finger is weak then it's a "no". The more you do it, the more comfortable you become with trusting your answers. I've helped several people perfect their muscle testing and the most common issue they had was that they worried about it too much. The more you stress over it and second guess yourself the harder it becomes, so be patient and playful with it. Don't take it too seriously. I may do a video on it, but for now I recommend searching on Youtube for "Steven Keller Muscle Testing". He's been doing this a long time and has great explanations and examples of different ways to try it out. Post in the comments if you're new to muscle testing or have any tips for someone just starting!
